The MPAN is found on any correspondence from Metering Services. If you are unable to locate your MPAN number it can be located on your last electricity bill. Please note only the last 13 digits of your MPAN are required. Your name, house number, postcode and Tel/Email details are to help us keep your information up to date or contact you if we have any queries.

The Electricity Meter Reading

As there are different types of meters on the market your meter reading could be one of three types, please select the type that best matches your ELECTRICITY meter and enter the corresponding details.

1. The Dial Electricity Reading.

Record the number the pointer has just passed in the boxes provided underneath.

2. The Digital Display Electricity Reading.

Record the numbers in the rate 1 boxes provided. On your Meter please ignore the right most reading in the RED box.

Single Rate or Low/ Rate 1 Readings

3. A Flashing or a Changing Electricity Reading.

Record the numbers in the boxes provided and the rate for each reading displayed on the meter. You may need to press a black button on the meter front to change the display to show the ‘Rate 2’ reading. On your Meter please ignore the right most reading in the RED box.
